I had a crown fall off during the flight to Maui. I called Dr. Pier's office the next morning and she was able to see me the same day. She and her staff were all extremely kind and professional. I was in and out in less than an hour. The rates were also the most reasonable compared to other clinics in the area.

Dr. Shauna is very awesome. She is very friendly and honest. It took her only 40 minutes to fill my tooth. NO Long waiting time like other office i had visited. I usually hate the X-ray because its painful, but her staff find the way to make it painless. that was Amazing. She is very gentle with my teeth. I would say No pain at all during my filling even numbing shot is painless. WOW Thank you so much. , Pat

Dr. Shauna is wonderful, she made me feel such at ease. A few months ago we took our 4-year old daughter to see a Pediatric Dentist and he advised that my daughter needed 4 root canals & I was of course scared thinking a 4-year old needing root canals? So we took her in for her procedure and it was horrible, put it this way he needed to put my daughter in a stray jacket, because she moved so much. He then recommended for us to see a specialist & she would need to be "put under" for the 3 remaining root canal procedures. This frightened me and I refused to believe that was my only option. I sought out advice from a few dentists including Dr. Shauna and she advised that she could apply a paste on the 4 molar teeth to stop the decay. Since she was so young and would lose them eventually & this would be the safest and less harmful way. Keep in mind my daughter was traumatized by the dentist, so when she went to see Dr. Shauna it was hard, as my daughter kept crying. But Dr. Shauna talked to calmly, her showing her every tool, letting her touch it, explained everything she was doing to my daughters teeth so she would be more comfortable and also allowing me to hold her during the procedure. The procedure was a success and we went back for our first cleaning a few weeks ago and my daughter was so happy to go to the dentist, Dr. Shauna does an excellent job making my 4-year old & myself feel so comfortable & at ease. I'm so glad that we found such a good dentist!

Oh my goodness! Dr. Shauna Pier should receive 10 stars!! She absolutely saved me from what could have been a total disaster on my first Maui vacation!! This awesome doctor saw me as an emergency at 7:30am (before church) on a Sunday morning!! I was able to be back out at my hotel by 9 and never missed a minute of precious beach time! THANK YOU AGAIN DR. SHAUNA!! Maui is so blessed to have you as a dentist!! 👏👏👏

Dr Pier was a godsend. She saved our vacation. Her staff was very helpful and nice. I ended up needing a root canal while on vacation. Dr Pier noticed right away that I was in a lot of pain she sent her staff scrambling to make me comfortable. The staff and Dr were amazing. I have the start of a root canal done and out of the office in less than 2 hours. My dr at home will finish up but I was painless till I got home. I would without a doubt recommend Dr Pier to anyone.

Update: Dr Pier and her staff once again came to my rescue when I needed dental care. She helped me after the fire and again on last minute notice today. Don’t go to any other dentist on Maui. I’m telling you these guys are best here! Lisa Jones The best! Beautiful, clean office and Dr. Pier and her staff are top notch. So grateful for the time they took to help me today. Will highly recommend to all of my friends and colleagues.

Unfortunately had a wisdom toothache on my trip to Maui. The doctor and staff were awesome. Took me as walk-in despite the queue and helped me out. Can’t be thankful enough.

Dr Pier is the best! While we were visiting Maui earlier this year, Dr Pier took care of all of our family’s dental care needs with kindness and professionalism. She saw us the same afternoon when we had a small urgent dental need. She explained her diagnosis and treatment plans in a way that’s very thorough and understandable, even to my kids. Her assistants were awesome to work with as well. If I were to need dental care again, we will visit Dr Pier again.

Visiting Maui on vacation and had major pain with my teeth. I couldn’t reach anybody at first so I ended up calling about 13 dentist offices and none of the would/could work me in. Dr. Pier returned my message and worked me into her busy Friday afternoon. Her office is spotless and has a great vibe to it. She was very attentive to my pain and thorough in her work. If I lived here she would be my regular dentist. Thank you thank you!!!
